What to expect:

At the end of this short course, you’ll be able to:

  • Explain the various merchandising methods and equipment available to you,
  • Identify acronyms and explain terms related to merchandising,
  • Identify and apply various key merchandising principles;
  • Know what it takes to create a visually appealing planogram that captures the attention of shoppers.

How long is the course?

  • This short course consists of four individual videos, which take a total of 53 minutes to watch. 
  • There are also additional references for each module for you to read and study in your own time.
  • You can rewatch each video as often as you like before taking the test. There is support available if required.

What you’ll get upon completion:

You’ll receive a certificate from the DotActiv Academy indicating that you’ve passed. Please note, a pass mark for this short course is 70%.

If you do not pass the test the first time, you can retake it immediately. However, if you fail to reach pass twice in a row, you have to wait 24 hours before retaking the test.
