What happens if I buy more than one copy of software? 

We require a separate email address for each license. Your dedicated Account Success Manager will be in contact with you to confirm these email addresses. From here the software will be delivered to each email address.

What happens if I want to buy a course for more than one person?

A separate email address is needed for each person that you would like to buy a course for. After you have completed your checkout then your dedicated Account Success Manager will be in contact with you to confirm each email address. From here access to DotActiv Academy and the relevant courses will be delivered to each email address.

What happens after I've made my purchase?

Since our products are digital all deliveries take place via email. After sales service is also key to our success. Each and every customer, regardless of whether you have purchased software, a course or both will get a dedicated Account Success Manager who is there to ensure that you get maximum value.

Is technical support included?

We feel strongly that excellent support is a must. All paid customers get access to our knowledgeable and friendly technical support team.

What happens when my software is up for renewal? 

We won't automatically charge your card. Remember we do not store or even access your credit card information at all. When your software is up for renewal we will notify you and find out your preferred payment method for the renewal.
