User support includes 24-hour IT support, Monday through Friday. Simply create a ticket on Activ8 and it will be sent directly to our IT team who will gladly assist with any problem you might have.
You will also receive three one-on-one training sessions with a DotActiv professional. In these training sessions, we will go through aspects of the software which you are having trouble understanding.
